Grand Boulevard Opening Jimmy John's and Grimaldi's Pizzeria Restaurants

Delicious options for dine in or take out

Miramar Beach, Fla., (February 19, 2015) - Grand Boulevard at Sandestin is known by the locals and visitors of Northwest Florida as the premier place to shop, dine, play and stay. The Town Center has become a sought after destination, especially for dining out, with nearly a dozen signature restaurants and eateries for both causal and fine dining. That number is growing now with the announcement of Jimmy John's and Grimaldi's signing on to open their newest locations in Grand Boulevard.

Jimmy John's, famous for their delicious gourmet sandwiches made freaky fast, is building their newest location in Grand Boulevard. And, in their ultra-fast tradition, they are projected to open their doors in late March. This 1,500 sq. ft. restaurant will offer both dine in and take out options, perfect for local business people and shoppers alike to grab a quick sandwich and get back to their day.

Jimmy John's will offer their gourmet subs via in-shop, catering or delivery by calling 850-460-8660 or ordering online or through their APP. Travis Brown, franchise co-owner with James Shutts, has big expectations for this new location.

Grimaldi's Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria is now under construction with plans to open in late summer this year. With over 100 years of pizza-making tradition, Grimaldi's Pizzeria is known for their famous coal fired brick-oven pizzas. Using only the freshest ingredients, a "secret recipe" pizza sauce, handmade mozzarella cheese and dough, Grimaldi's Pizzeria serves traditional pizza (as it began in Naples, Italy) in an upscale yet casual, family oriented pizzeria. They are the most award-winning pizzeria in the United States and the 4,056 sq. ft. restaurant is making its Northwest Florida debut in Grand Boulevard.

The new eateries will be located next to Starbucks Coffee which opened in January of this year.
